Part of the Artvaults 2005 season. Making an art out of science at city exhibition University of Southampton News Release July 2005 Ref: 05/125 01 July 2005. Transience – site specific installation for Catchcold Tower, Southampton consisting of Fluorescing histological dyes, hospital trolley, medical equipment and UVA lights. Encapsulated fluorescent histological dyes impart an enthralling insight into the techniques and processes common in contemporary science. In themselves these dyes cannot cure our ills; however, they are essential signposts aiding cancer science researchers to reveal cell structures that are beyond our capacity to see with the naked eye.
